Our preference is for fish-based dishes, molluscs and ever fresh shell fish. In fact, genuineness and freshness of local fishing has always been a warranty mark for our dishes since the 1960’s, when Uncle Andrea deserved the nickname: “Pirate of fresh fish”, because during the night he used to go by boat towards the big fishing boats even before they entered the harbour again, in order to secure the best fish and leave the others empty-handed.
Since then, nothing has changed and these are still the most genuine ingredients of our gastronomical tradition: fresh and tasteful fish cooked by “family hands” and served with the greatest cordiality.
A tradition which we would like to continue and honour, by keeping the characteristic of a family managed restaurant in which taste for genuine flavours harmonizes with the richness and variety of our dishes and with the typical and vivacious elegance of our place.
